TRAIN WITH INTENTION
I believe good training should have purpose.
Sometimes that means building strength. Sometimes it means developing power, mobility, coordination or endurance. And sometimes progress means knowing when to pull back, recover and work with the capacity you have that day.
The goal isn't simply to become better at exercising.
It's to build capacity for life, sport and adventure.
TRAINING FOR REAL LIFE
I work with people who want to become stronger, move better and build the physical capacity to keep doing the things they love — whether that's lifting, running, climbing, surfing, swimming, sport or simply moving through life with more confidence.
Build a body capable of doing the things you love - and doing them well

Behind the trianer
I've spent more than a decade coaching movement across personal training, strength and conditioning and gymnastics.
My background in Psychological Science, alongside my continued studies in Clinical Exercise Physiology and Strength & Conditioning, has shaped an approach that looks beyond sets and reps.
I'm interested in how the body moves, how people learn movement, how psychology influences performance and recovery, and how training can help us continue doing the things that make us feel most alive.
